Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to benzoimidazole derivatives, acting as anticancer drugs, as well as pharmaceutical composition containing said compounds. These compounds are able to firstly inhibit the protein/protein interactions of the MAP Kinase Erk, leading to inhibition of proliferation and secondly to induce apoptosis in human cancer cell lines. L'invention concerne des dérivés de benzoimidazole, agissant en tant que médicaments anticancéreux, ainsi que des compositions pharmaceutiques contenant lesdits composés. Ces composés sont capables d'inhiber d'abord les interactions protéine/protéine de l'Erk MAP Kinase, conduisant à l'inhibition de la prolifération et d'autre part à induire l'apoptose dans des lignées cellulaires cancéreuses humaines.
