Zusammenfassung:	The present technology relates to vaccine compositions comprising at least one of the nine peptides defined by SEQ ID NO 1-9, capable of stimulating the development of a T helper 1 (Th1)-type cell immune response with high production of interferon-gamma (IFN- ) and low levels of interleukin-4 (IL-4) for preventing tegumentary leishmaniasis in mammals. La présente technologie concerne des compositions vaccinales comprenant au moins l'un des neuf peptides définis par les SEQ ID No 1 à 9, permettant de stimuler le développement d'une réponse immunitaire cellulaire du type T helper 1 (Th1) avec une production élevée d'interféron gamma (IFN-gamma) et de faibles taux d'interleukine 4 (IL-4), pour la prévention de la leishmaniose tégumentaire chez des mammifères. 1/1 RESUMO PROTEÇÃO CONTRA A A presente tecnologia trata de composições vacinais compreendendo pelo menos um dos nove peptídeos definidos pelas SEQ ID No 1 a 9, capazes de estimular o desenvolvimento de uma resposta imune celular do tipo T helper 1 (Th1) com elevada produção de Interferon-gamma (IFN- ) e baixos níveis de Interleucina-4 (IL-4), para prevenção da leishmaniose tegumentar em mamíferos.
