Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the field of medicine and medical technology, and more particularly to a method of radiometric temperature measurement based on the non-invasive detection of temperature anomalies in the internal tissues of biological objects by means of measuring the intensity of the intrinsic electromagnetic radiation thereof, and even more particularly the invention relates to a microwave radiometer intended for monitoring the temperature of the internal tissues of a patient in the course of their daily activities. The invention can be used for detecting temperature changes and thermal anomalies in the internal tissues of a biological object as part of a suite of diagnostic measures for the early diagnosis of oncological diseases. A microwave radiometer comprises, connected in series, an applicator antenna for contact with a biological object, a switch, a circulator, a device for the amplitude detection and amplification of a microwave signal, a programmable analog integrated circuit, a Peltier amplifier, and a Peltier element. In addition, a first matched load, mounted on the Peltier element and being in thermal contact therewith, is connected to a second input of the switch, a balance arm of the circulator is connected to a second matched load, and a control output of the programmable analog integrated circuit is connected to a control input of the switch. In addition, the Peltier element, the switch and the circulator are mounted on a thermally conductive board and are in thermal contact therewith, and the switch is capable of connecting either the applicator antenna or the first matched load to an input of the circulator. The microwave radiometer is also provided with a temperature sensor, which is capable of measuring the temperature of the first matched load and transmitting the measured temperature to a device for processing and displaying data. Use of the invention makes it possible to increase the operating reliability of a microwave radiometer.
