Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a method for culturing stem cells in a nanopattern culture dish and differentiating the same into myocardial cells. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for differentiating stem cells into myocardial cells by using a dual gradient nanopattern culture dish in which the diameter thereof constantly increases and the spacing thereof constantly decreases. According to the present invention, a method for differentiating stem cells into myocardial cells by using a nanopattern culture dish optimized for myocardial cells differentiation is economical because it is not necessary to coat an expensive extracellular matrix or use supporting cells, and is excellent in the efficiency of differentiation into myocardial cells.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de culture de cellules souches dans une boîte de culture à nanomotifs et la différenciation de celles-ci en cellules myocardiques. Plus spécifiquement, la présente invention concerne un procédé de différenciation de cellules souches en cellules myocardiques au moyen d'une boîte de culture à nanomotifs à double gradient, le diamètre de celles-ci augmentant constamment et l'espacement de celles-ci diminuant constamment. Selon la présente invention, un procédé de différenciation de cellules souches en cellules myocardiques à l'aide d'une boîte de culture à nanomotifs optimisé pour la différenciation de cellules myocardiques est économique étant donné qu'il n'est pas nécessaire de revêtir une matrice extracellulaire coûteuse ou d'utiliser des cellules de support, et présente une excellente efficacité de différenciation en cellules myocardiques.
