Zusammenfassung:	A centrifugal fan wheel, a centrifugal fan and an air conditioner using the centrifugal fan wheel, comprising a rotary disk (23), a first fan wheel assembly (21) and a second fan wheel assembly (22) are respectively disposed on both sides of the rotary disk (23), wherein the diameter of the first fan wheel assembly (21) is greater than the diameter of the second fan wheel assembly (22). By configuring the diameter of the first fan wheel assembly (21) to be greater than the diameter of the second fan wheel assembly (22), the wind pressure generated by the first fan wheel assembly (21) is greater than the wind pressure generated by the second fan wheel assembly (22), solving the problem wherein upper and lower air ducts in a case body (41) of an air conditioner are inconsistent due to the installation of such components as a water-receiving tray (52) in the case body (41); therefore, the air flow of the upper duct is similar to that of the lower duct of the air conditioner, thus improving overall efficiency.
