Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a method for producing aluminum electrical wire having an oxide layer, the method forming an oxide layer on the surface of aluminum wire used as electrical wire, then covering the exterior of the oxide layer with resin to produce the aluminum electrical wire. The method is characterized in that the processes for creating new wire and forming the oxide layer are carried out sequentially and comprises the steps of: preparing an electrolyte tub (10), accommodating electrolyte containing oxidative material, so that the electrolyte tub is placed on the output side of a new-wire apparatus; providing a hollow metal tube (20) perforated with a plurality of holes (21) on the surface thereof, and fitting and coupling insulating bodies (25), having a wire through-hole (26), on both sides and selected internal location of the hollow metal tube (20); accommodating the metal tube (20), to which the insulating bodies (25) are coupled, inside the electrolyte tub so as to be submerged therein, and installing on the exterior of the electrolyte tub (10) a winder (40), for winding aluminum wire having an oxide layer formed on the surface thereof by means of the plasma electrolytic oxidation method, and guidance roller unit (50), at the front end of the winder, for guiding the aluminum wire thereto; fixing the aluminum wire, which has been newly produced by passing through the new-wire apparatus, to the winder (40) by fitting the aluminum wire into the wire through-hole of the insulating body coupled to one side of the metal tube (20), pulling through to the wire through-hole of the insulating body coupled on the other side, and then passing through the guidance roller unit (50); forming the oxide layer by coating the surface of the aluminum wire by applying alternating voltage after connecting a positive electrode and negative electrode to the guidance roller unit (50) and metal tube (20), respectively; and supplying the aluminum wire to the electrolyte tub and continuously forming the oxide layer on the surface of the aluminum wire by activating the winder (40) and submerging the aluminum wire, produced by means of the new wire process, in the electrolyte to form the oxide layer on the surface by means of the plasma electrolytic oxidation reaction, and winding the aluminum wire, on the surface of which the oxide layer has been formed by means of the plasma electrolytic oxidation reaction, onto the winder (40); and unwinding the aluminum wire |
