ENDOSCOPE TREATMENT TOOL

This endoscope treatment tool (1) comprises: a sheath (10); a clip unit (20); a biasing member (40) arranged between a distal end part of the sheath (1) and the clip unit (20); and a first rotation preventing part (50) configured so as to be able to prevent the clip unit (20) from rotating relative to the distal end part of the sheath (10) about a longitudinal axis. The clip unit (20) includes: a clip body (60); a holding tube (70); and a second rotation preventing part (80) configured so as to be able to prevent the clip body (60) from rotating relative to the holding tube (70) about the longitudinal axis. The biasing member (40) biases the holding tube (70) so as to separate from the distal end part of the sheath (10). When a base end part of the holding tube (70) comes into contact with the distal end part of the sheath (10) against the biasing force of the biasing member (40), the first rotation preventing part (50) prevents the relative rotation of the clip unit (20).
