The present invention provides novel crystalline form L2 of daclatasvir dihydrochloride characterized by diffraction peaks at 8.27, 9.54, 11.06, 13.61, 15.34, 19.01, 22.26, 23.24, 24.73, 25.35 ± 0.2 degree two theta in an X-ray diffraction pattern. The present invention further provides process for preparation of crystalline forms L1 and L2 of daclatasvir dihydrochloride. La présente invention concerne une nouvelle forme cristalline L1 de dihydrochlorure daclatasvir caractérisée par des pics de diffraction à 5.35, 6.04, 6.76, 8.65, 9.21, 10.35, 10.32, 10.75, 11.04, 11.66, 12.95, 13.56, 16.06, 18.11, 20.58, 22.18, 23.27 ± 0.2 degré deux thêta dans un diagramme de diffraction de rayons X. La présente invention concerne une nouvelle forme cristalline L2 de dihydrochlorure daclatasvir caractérisée par des pics de diffraction à 8.27, 9.54, 11.06, 13.61, 15.34, 19.01, 22.26, 23.24, 24.73, 25.35 ± 0.2 degré deux thêta dans un diagramme de diffraction de rayons X. La présente invention concerne aussi un procédé de préparation des formes cristallines L1 et L2 du dihydrochlorure daclatasvir.
