Zusammenfassung:	Embodiments of a method and/or system for improving user metric determination associated with a workplace can include: presenting a query to a first user based on a role identifier identifying a workplace role for the first user, collecting a response to the query from the first user, determining a metric for the first user based on the response to the query, and presenting the metric to a second user based on a second role identifier identifying a second workplace role for the second user. La présente invention porte, dans des modes de réalisation, sur un procédé et/ou sur un système permettant d'améliorer une détermination de métrique d'utilisateur associée à un lieu de travail qui peuvent comprendre : la présentation d'une requête à un premier utilisateur sur la base d'un identifiant de rôle identifiant un rôle de lieu de travail pour le premier utilisateur, la collecte d'une réponse à la requête du premier utilisateur, la détermination d'une métrique pour le premier utilisateur sur la base de la réponse à la requête et la présentation de la métrique à un second utilisateur sur la base d'un second identifiant de rôle identifiant un second rôle de lieu de travail pour le second utilisateur.
