TERMINAL ENERGY SAVING METHOD AND APPARATUS THEREOF

According to the terminal energy saving method and apparatus and the computer storage medium provided in the embodiments of the present invention, when it is detected that a terminal is in a video processing state, a view requirement of a terminal user to a video is acquired; and when it is determined that the user does not need to view the video, the terminal is switched from a screen bright state to a screen extinguish state. By means of the solution of the embodiments of the present invention, energy saving control is performed when a terminal is in a video processing state. The process of energy saving is realized mainly by switching a state of a terminal screen, thereby solving problem in the prior art that when the terminal is in a video processing state, no energy saving operation is performed, resulting in waste of electricity.
