L'invention concerne le domaine de l'agriculture, notamment le domaine de la protection des cultures, plus particulièrement le domaine de la résistance aux nématodes des plantes. L'invention concerne également un procédé de production d'une plante ayant une résistance améliorée aux nématodes, en particulier aux nématodes de la nodosité des racines et/ou aux nématodes des racines, ainsi qu'une plante produite par ledit procédé.
