A multifunctional scroll-bound book, comprising a shell (500) for binding a front cover, a painted scroll (1) mounted between two opposite inner walls (501) of the shell, and multiple pages (6, 7) capable of turning over around the painted scroll and defined between a bottom surface of the shell and the painted scroll (1) or in the painted scroll (1).
