These compounds are selective ROCK inhibitors. This invention also relates to pharmaceutical compositions comprising these compounds and methods of treating cardiovascular, smooth muscle, oncologic, neuropathologic, autoimmune, fibrotic, and/or inflammatory disorders using the same. La présente invention concerne des composés de formule (I) : ou des stéréo-isomères, des tautomères ou des sels de qualité pharmaceutique correspondants, toutes les variables de la formule étant telles que définies dans la description. Ces composés sont des inhibiteurs sélectifs de la voie de signalisation rho/rock. L'invention concerne également des compositions pharmaceutiques comprenant ces composés, ainsi que des méthodes de traitement des maladies cardiovasculaires, des muscles lisses, oncologiques, neuropathologiques, auto-immunes, fibrotiques, et/ou inflammatoires à l'aide desdites compositions.
