The X-PEI kit intensifies the transfection activity of the conventional method, making its use more advantageous, as far as its safety, experimental compatibility and low cost are concerned.
L'invention concerne un kit appelé X-PEI pour la transfection cellulaire et une méthode utilisant ce kit. Ledit kit comprend une polyéthylèneimine (PEI) et une ciclopirox olamine (CPX). La technologie trouve une application dans les domaines de la biotechnologie, notamment dans le domaine de la biologie cellulaire et moléculaire. Le kit X-PEI intensifie l'activité de transfection de la méthode classique, son utilisation étant avantageuse du fait de la sécurité qu'il offre, de sa compatibilité expérimentale et de son faible coût.
