Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a universal calibration method for the dosing of inhibitors of a single enzyme, for example for the dosing of inhibitors of a blood coagulation enzyme. The invention also relates to the use of this universal calibration in a method for the dosing of a reversible or irreversible inhibitor of the enzyme in a biological sample. The invention further relates to the use of said universal calibration in a method for the screening of inhibitors of the enzyme. La présente invention concerne une méthode de calibration universelle utile pour le dosage des inhibiteurs d'une même enzyme, par exemple pour le dosage des inhibiteurs d'une enzyme de la coagulation sanguine. L'invention concerne également l'utilisation de cette calibration universelle dans une méthode de dosage d'un inhibiteur réversible ou irréversible de l'enzyme, dans un échantillon biologique. L'invention concerne aussi l'utilisation de la calibration universelle dans une méthode de criblages d'inhibiteurs de l'enzyme.
