METHOD FOR PREPARING ACTIVE INGREDIENTS OF EURYCOMA LONGIFOLIA AND USE THEREOF

A method for preparing active ingredients of Eurycoma longifolia and a use thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: at a given temperature, extracting Eurycoma longifolia by means of countercurrent ultrasound to obtain an aqueous extract, and adsorbing by using a macroporous resin, eluting, and performing alcohol precipitation to obtain component A; fractionating the outflow of the macroporous resin by using a filter membrane to obtain component B; and mixing the component A with the component B in a given proportion. The active ingredients of Eurycoma longifolia can enhance a sexual function, improve a fertility rate, achieve a refreshing and anti-fatigue effect, enhance immunity, increase physical performance, and relieve gout.
