Application to Arthrospira platensis, Chlorella vulgaris and Nannochloropsis oculata. The invention also relates to a facility for implementing said method. Le procédé de culture de micro-algues et/ou de cyanobactéries dans un photobioréacteur (1) dont la source carbonée est un gaz industriel contenant du CO2, après traitement dudit gaz par refroidissement, et asservissement de l'introduction du gaz sec ainsi obtenu au pH du milieu de culture.
