The present invention includes a metallic member (45) comprising: a metallic member main body (51); a pair of opening sections (52, 54) provided in the metallic member main body (51) in a state exposed from an outer surface (51a) of the metallic member main body (51) and functioning as the entrance and exit for a refrigerant; and a refrigerant flow path (56) which is provided in the metallic member main body (51) so as to be connected to the pair of opening sections (52, 54), and through which the refrigerant flows in a state of being in contact with the metallic member main body (51).
