| Zusammenfassung: | An image positioning method and device. The method comprises: extracting from a real-time video stream a specified image as a reference image (S102); matching a characteristic of a pre-selected reference point in the reference image to the real-time video stream to obtain a matching characteristic point, and performing characteristic tracking on the reference point to obtain a tracked characteristic point (S104); and when a value between the matching characteristic point and the tracked characteristic point meets a preconfigured condition, outputting a picture frame of the real-time video stream (S106). The method and device resolves a problem of being unable to effectively perform a registration technique owing to limited mobile terminal resources, and can quickly and accurately implement image positioning.
