DEVICE AND METHOD TO MANAGE THE BOOKING OF APPOINTMENTS

The invention relates to a device for managing the booking of appointments for a service, said device comprising a data-processing unit having a memory arranged to store data comprising, for each person, a parameter indicating a rate at which the person in question did not attend appointments; said data-processing unit comprising a generator arranged to determine, for each person on the basis of the parameter thereof, a probability that the person will not attend the appointment; said data-processing unit comprising a coupling member arranged to couple an action with the appointment on the basis of the parameter assigned to the person; and said coupling member comprising a memory arranged to store, for each couple formed each time by one of the actions and one of the parameters, a value indicating the reduction of the probability that the person in question, following the action in question, will not attend a future appointment. Dispositif de gestion de prise de rendez-vous pour une prestation, lequel dispositif comporte une unité de traitement de données ayant une mémoire agencée pour y stocker des données comportant par personne un paramètre indiquant un taux que la personne concernée n'est pas venue aux rendez-vous, laquelle unité de traitement de données comporte un générateur agencé pour déterminer par personne et sur base de son paramètre une probabilité que la personne ne viendra pas au rendez-vous, laquelle unité de traitement de données comporte un organe de couplage agencé pour coupler une action au rendez-vous sur base du paramètre attribué à la personne, lequel organe de couplage comporte une mémoire agencée pour y stocker par couple formé chaque fois par une des actions et un des paramètres une valeur indicative de la réduction de la probabilité que la personne concernée suite à l'action concernée ne vienne pas à un prochain rendez-vous.
