The valve element seat (2) is installed in a valve element seat hole of the valve body (1); the valve element (5) and the valve element seat (2) form a first sealing pair assembly serving as a main valve; the valve sleeve seat (4) is arranged on an upper end surface of the valve element seat (2); the valve sleeve (7) is installed on a side of the valve element (5), and slides relative to the side of the valve element (5); the valve sleeve (7) and the valve sleeve seat (4) form a second sealing pair assembly serving as an auxiliary valve; and the valve element linkage sleeve (9) drives the valve element (5) and the valve sleeve (7) to move in a reciprocal manner.
