Zusammenfassung:	A method of forming a non-pneumatic tire is provided that includes the steps of providing an outer shear band ring (12), and an intermediate section (14) that has a supporting structure (16) with an attachment tab (46). The intermediate section (14) is inserted inside of and engages the outer shear band ring (12). A hub (20) is provided that has an attachment tab receiving feature (48), and the attachment tab (46) is received by the attachment tab receiving feature (48). The supporting structure (16) is attached to the hub (20) by an ultrasonic process (72) applied to the attachment tab. La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un pneu non pneumatique comprenant les étapes consistant à fournir un anneau externe de bande de cisaillement (12) et une section intermédiaire (14) pourvue d'une structure de support (16) avec une patte de fixation (46). La section intermédiaire (14) est insérée à l'intérieur de l'anneau externe de bande de cisaillement (12) et vient en contact avec celui-ci.
