La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'exposition aux ultraviolets de fabrication d'une biopuce, le volume occupé par le dispositif étant réduit de façon à pouvoir utiliser le dispositif même dans un petit espace, le coût nécessaire à la fabrication du dispositif pouvant être réduit de façon à pouvoir globalement utiliser le dispositif sans charge de coût importante, et le dispositif permettant de fabriquer un moule maître qui est utilisé pour fabriquer une biopuce ayant une microstructure. 본 기재는, 장치가 차지하는 부피를 보다 감소시켜 협소한 장소에서도 사용이 가능하며, 장치의 제작에 필요한 비용을 보다 경감시킬 수 있기 때문에 비용의 부담없이 범용적으로 사용이 가능하며, 미세 구조를 가지는 바이오칩을 제작에 사용되는 마스터 몰드를 제조할 수 있는 바이오칩 제작용 자외선 노광 장치에 관한 것이다.
