LAMINATE, MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR, AND ADHESIVE COMPOSITION

[Problem] To provide a laminate that can be easily manufactured and has sufficient adhesive strength between an adhesive layer and a layer containing a polyketone and a resin such as a polar resin (e.g., PPS). [Solution] A laminate having a layer (A) that contains a resin without active hydrogen in the main molecular frame thereof, and an adhesive layer (B) that is formed from an adhesive composition and is at least in partial contact with the layer (A), wherein the adhesive composition satisfies the following requirements (i) to (iii): (i) contains a polyolefin that is a reactant of a polyolefin (a) having a group that reacts with a carbodiimide group, and a compound (b) having a carbodiimide group; (ii) contains the carbodiimide group in the amount of 0.1 to 50 mmol per 100 g of the adhesive composition; and (iii) the density thereof is 0.870 to 0.940 g/cm3.
