ELECTRICAL TERMINAL CONNECTABLE TO AN IDENTICAL TERMINAL, AND ASSOCIATED CONNECTION

The present invention relates to a terminal (10) intended to be electrically connected to another identical terminal, the terminal (10) comprising a barrel (11) extending along an axis for the connection to an electrical cable (25), and at least three pads (12) connected to said barrel (11) and distributed in a substantially regular manner and equidistant about a common axis which is substantially parallel to the axis of the barrel, said pads (12) extend in the direction of said common axis, each of said pads (12) comprising several electrical contact surfaces (13), said terminal (10) being connectable to another identical terminal in the opposite direction, by stacking with each of said pads (12) placed on a pad corresponding to the other terminal so that the electrical contact surfaces (13) are in contact, said terminal (10) being connectable to the other identical terminal by stacking in at least three different orientations about said common axis. La présente invention concerne une cosse (10) destinée à être raccordée électriquement à une autre cosse identique, la cosse (10) comprenant un fût (11) s'étendant le long d'un axe pour le raccordement à un câble électrique (25), et au moins trois plages (12) raccordées audit fût (11) et réparties de manière sensiblement régulière et équidistante autour d'un axe commun qui est sensiblement parallèle à l'axe du fût, lesdites plages (12) s'étendent dans la direction dudit axe commun, chacune desdites plages (12) comprenant plusieurs surfaces de contact électrique (13), ladite cosse (10) étant raccordable à une autre cosse identique en direction opposée, en empilement avec chacune desdites plages (12) posées sur une plage correspondante de l'autre cosse pour que les surfaces de contact électrique (13) soient en contact, ladite cosse (10) étant raccordable à l'autre cosse identique en empilement en au moins trois orientations différentes autour dudit axe commun.
