La présente invention concerne un article implantable comprenant une éponge pouvant être dissoute dérivée du mélange de chitosane, d'un premier polysaccharide et d'un second polysaccharide. Les polysaccharides présentent différentes caractéristiques de poids moléculaire moyen en nombre afin de permettre le réglage des caractéristiques mécaniques de l'éponge.
