The disclosure reates to an article carrier, comprising a tubular structure having a plurality of outer walls defining an interior volume for receiving one or more articles. A medial partition structure is formed from at least two medial panels (26A, 26B) hingedly connected to each other, the medial partition structure being coupled to the tubular structure. A carrying handle is formed in the medial partition structure, the carrying handle has an engagement edge (61, 65). The engagement edge is disposed at an elevation above the hinged connection between the at least two medial partition panels.
