The method provided according to an embodiment of the invention comprises: receiving a configuration information request for initializing a client end, and obtaining country information of the client end from the configuration information request; obtaining, from a configuration information database of a server, configuration information corresponding to the country information, wherein the configuration information database stores associated country information of each country and corresponding configuration information; and transmitting, to the client end, the obtained configuration information, and completing initialization of the configuration information at the client end.
