Zusammenfassung:	The present disclosure relates to a method for protecting stored agricultural dry products during storage, consisting of a controlled release system of essential oils and a shell for allowing oil diffusion in vapour phase towards the outer atmosphere without direct contact of the support material with stored products. This system is characterized by being suitable for use within containers for protecting stored dried agricultural plant products for a long period of time, in particular more than 4 weeks, more preferably more than 8 or 12 weeks. La présente invention concerne un procédé permettant de protéger des produits secs agricoles stockés pendant le stockage, comprenant un système de libération contrôlée d'huiles essentielles et une coque pour permettre la diffusion d'huile en phase vapeur dans l'atmosphère extérieure sans contact direct du matériau de support avec des produits stockés. Ce système est caractérisé par le fait qu'il est approprié pour être utilisé dans des conteneurs pour protéger des produits végétaux agricoles séchés stockés pendant une longue durée, notamment plus de 4 semaines, ou plus préférentiellement pendant plus de 8 ou 12 semaines.
