The present invention also relates to an adhesive composition comprising a composition according to the invention, and an article such as a wood board, comprising an adhesive composition according to the invention. La présente invention concerne une composition comprenant de l'eau, des plantes broyées contenant au moins 3 % de protéines et de la maltodextrine, dans laquelle la maltodextrine a un équivalent en dextrose (DE) compris entre 0 et 13, ainsi que son procédé d'obtention et ses utilisations. La présente invention concerne également une composition adhésive comprenant une composition selon l'invention et un article tel qu'un panneau en bois, comprenant une composition adhésive selon l'invention.
