Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method for producing dioic acids from a substrate containing hydrocarbons or fatty acids using a Candida infanticola strain, and to a Candida infanticola microorganism used therefor. The present invention reduces the cost increase resulting from the fluctuation in the international oil price and the burden of environmental pollution, which are caused by the use of fossil fuels, and thus can be utilized in various industrial fields using DDDA as a raw material. La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'acide dioïque à partir d'un substrat contenant des hydrocarbures ou des acides gras utilisant une souche de Candida infanticola, et un micro-organisme Candida infanticola utilisé pour ce dernier. La présente invention réduit l'augmentation de coût résultant de la fluctuation du prix international du pétrole et la charge de pollution environnementale, qui sont provoquées par l'utilisation de combustibles fossiles, et ainsi peut être utilisée dans divers domaines industriels utilisant du DDDA comme matière première. 캔디다 인판티콜라 균주를 이용하여 탄화수소 또는 지방산을 포함하는 기질로부터 디오익 산류(dioic acids)를 생산하는 방법 및 이에 사용되는 캔디다 인판티콜라 미생물에 대한 것으로, 본 발명에 따르면 화석연료의 사용으로 인한 국제 유가변동에 따른 비용 증가 및 환경 오염의 부담을 줄여 DDDA를 원료로 하는 다양한 산업 분야에 활용될 수 있다.
