The water treatment membrane comprises: a porous support; and a polyamide active layer which is provided on the porous support, wherein the polyamide active layer comprises a polymer represented by the following chemical formula 1 inside or on a surface thereof, wherein the polymer has a weight average molecular weight of 100 g/mol to 1200 g/mol. La présente invention concerne une membrane de traitement d'eau et son procédé de fabrication.
