Disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention are a mobile communications network access method and device. The method comprises: a first user terminal sends a physical SIM card information acquisition request to a second user terminal, the current location of the first user terminal being in an area matching the data subscription area of the physical SIM card of the second user terminal; the first user terminal receives the SIM card information of the physical SIM card sent by the second user terminal in response to the acquisition request, and uses the SIM card information of the physical SIM card as the SIM card information of a virtual SIM card of the first user terminal; and the first user terminal sends a network access request to the network server by using the SIM card information of the virtual SIM card.
