A continuous injection chromatography device, which comprises a system pump (10), a first column selection valve (60), n column position valves A (20) arranged sequentially, n chromatography columns (50) arranged sequentially, n column position valves B (30) arranged sequentially, a column position valve C (40), a collection valve (90), an elution detector (101), a second column selection valve (70), a sample pump (103), a third column selection valve (80), and an injection detector (102). The device has at least three working states, the first working state is that n chromatography columns (50) are connected in series simultaneously, and subjected to washing, elution and equilibration, the second working state is that n chromatography columns (50) are injected in series simultaneously, and the third working state is that the m-th chromatography column (50) of n chromatography columns (50) is subjected to elution, washing and equilibration and the remaining chromatography columns (50) are injected in series.
