SKEWER ASSEMBLY FOR USE IN A PORTABLE DONER KEBAB APPARATUS

The present invention relates to skewer assembly (1) for use in a doner kebab apparatus (2) comprising a main body (5) and a radiant gas burner (6). The skewer assembly (1) comprises a vertical skewer (7), a handle (8) for rotating the skewer (7), wherein the handle (8) comprises a shaft (9) that is detachably attachable to the skewer (7) and a supporting arm (10) for supporting the shaft (9). The supporting arm (10) is mountable to the main body (5). The skewer assembly (1) of the present invention comprises a tray (11) adapted to support the lower end (7b) of the skewer (7) and also to collect the dripping grease and the sliced meat. La présente invention concerne un ensemble brochette (1) destiné à être utilisé dans un appareil à döner kebab (2), comprenant un corps principal (5) et un brûleur à gaz à rayonnement (6). L'ensemble brochette (1) comprend une brochette verticale (7), une poignée (8) pour faire tourner la brochette (7), ladite poignée (8) comprenant un arbre (9) qui est fixé de manière amovible à la brochette (7) et un bras de support (10) pour soutenir l'arbre (9).
