1-SUBSTITUTED PHENYL-3-(4-SUBSTITUTED PHENYLAMINO-6-QUINAZOLINYL)UREA COMPOUND, AND PREPARATION METHOD AND APPLICATION THEREOF

The present invention belongs to the technical field of antitumor drugs, and provides a 1-substituted phenyl-3-(4-substituted phenylamino-6-quinazolinyl)urea and salt compound thereof, and method of synthesis and application thereof. The method of synthesis comprises: refluxing a substituted benzoylazide and a substituted 6-amino-4-arylaminoquinazoline in dry toluene to obtain a 1-substituted phenyl-3-(4-substituted phenylamino-6-quinazolinyl)urea compound. The compound has a novel structure and an easily implemented method of synthesis. In vitro and in vivo antitumor activity experiments indicate that antitumor activity of the compound is stronger than that of a clinical treatment, such as gefitinib and capecitabine.
