A battery pack (200) according to the present invention is provided with: an insulating first case (241) and an insulating second case (243); and a metal restraining plate (220) which is fixed to the second case (243) to sandwich a plurality of batteries (250) between the first case (241) and the second case (243), and support the plurality of batteries (250).
