La présente invention concerne un dispositif pour la fourniture d'un espace d'exercice virtuel augmenté par un système d'exercice basé sur un contenu interactif immersif et un procédé associé, et plus particulièrement un dispositif pour la fourniture d'un espace d'exercice virtuel augmenté et un procédé associé, dans lequel, en liaison avec la projection d'un programme d'exercice, qui est basé sur du contenu interactif immersif, sur le sol à travers un projecteur, la position haut/bas/gauche/droite et l'angle du projecteur et d'un miroir réfléchissant sont ajustés, ce qui permet de fixer la distance de projection et obtenir des images nettes.
