La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'ingénol-5,20-acétonide, ainsi que l'ingénol-5,20-acétonide obtenu au moyen de ce procédé. L'invention concerne également de nouveaux composés intermédiaires pour la préparation d'ingénol-5,20-acétonide. A presente invenção refere-se a método de preparação de ingenol-5,20- acetonida, assim como ingenol-5,20-acetonida obtida por tal processo.
