Zusammenfassung:	The present invention is directed to a basic ionic liquid treatment for removing chloropropanol and/or glycidol, or their fatty acid esters, from glyceride oil, as well as a process for refining glyceride oil which includes the basic ionic liquid treatment. The present invention also relates to uses of the basic ionic liquid and glyceride oil compositions obtained from the ionic liquid treatment. La présente invention concerne un traitement de liquide ionique de base pour l'élimination de chloropropanol et/ou de glycidol, ou leurs esters d'acide gras, à partir d'huile de glycéride, ainsi qu'un processus pour raffiner l'huile de glycéride qui comprend le traitement de liquide ionique de base. La présente invention concerne également des utilisations du liquide ionique de base, et des compositions d'huile de glycéride obtenues à partir du traitement de liquide ionique.
