Methods for making such grafts and for increasing their wettability and ensuring uniform density are also disclosed. La présente invention concerne des greffons chirurgicaux pour la réparation de défauts osseux, plus particulièrement, des greffons chirurgicaux qui contiennent des fibres osseuses déminéralisées. Elle concerne également des procédés de fabrication de ces greffons, permettant d'augmenter leur mouillabilité et d'assurer une densité uniforme.
