The present invention provides a cloud-based pathological analysis system and a method using the same. The system comprises: a client device that is coupled to a microscope and acquires an image of a tissue sample through the microscope to generate a sample image; and a cloud server that is coupled to the client device through a network, receives sample image data from the client device through the network, and stores the received sample image data, wherein the cloud server analyzes the received sample image data, and transmits analysis information to the client device.
