RESOURCE ALLOCATION SYSTEM, BASE STATION, DEVICE, AND METHOD

Disclosed is a resource allocation system, used for flexible control of resources in a wireless communications network. The system comprises a software-defined control layer device and a software-defined application layer device, wherein: the application layer device is used, when a resource allocation trigger event occurs, for determining according to a virtual resource pool whether it is necessary to notify said control layer device to allocate resources in an infrastructure layer; if the determined result is yes, then the control layer is notified to allocate the resources in said infrastructure layer; the virtual resource pool is generated, using virtualization technology, according to information associated with the resources in said infrastructure layer; the control layer device is used for allocating the resources in said infrastructure layer according to the notification of the application layer device. Also disclosed are a base station, a resource allocation device, and a resource allocation method.
