Zusammenfassung:	A method for managing a product delivery process, according to one embodiment, includes: receiving status information from one or more product containers, wherein the status information includes conditions of each of the one or more product containers; determining preferred ranges for the conditions of each of the one or more product containers based on a product stored in each of the one or more product containers; determining whether the received conditions from the one or more product containers are within the preferred ranges; and sending a command in response to determining that at least one of the received conditions is outside the determined preferred range. L'invention concerne un procédé de gestion d'un processus de distribution de produit qui, selon un mode de réalisation, consiste : à recevoir des informations d'état à partir d'un ou plusieurs contenants de produit, les informations d'état comprenant des conditions de chacun desdits contenants de produit; à déterminer des plages préférées pour les conditions de chacun desdits contenants de produit sur la base d'un produit stocké dans chacun desdits contenants de produit; à déterminer si les conditions reçues à partir d'un ou plusieurs contenants de produit sont dans les plages préférées; et à envoyer une commande en réponse à la détermination qu'une ou plusieurs conditions reçues est hors de la plage préférée déterminée.
