The motor rotor is disposed inside a stator so as to rotate by electromagnetically interacting with the stator, and can comprise: a rotor core formed by stacking a plurality of stack plates including first plate members and second plate members, and including a shaft hole, a plurality of rotor poles, and a plurality of magnet-embedded portions; and a plurality of permanent magnets inserted into the plurality of magnet-embedded portions.
La présente invention porte sur un rotor de moteur et sur son procédé de fabrication. Le rotor de moteur est disposé à l'intérieur d'un stator de manière à tourner par interaction électromagnétique avec le stator, et peut comprendre : un noyau de rotor formé par empilement d'une pluralité de plaques d'empilement comprenant des premiers éléments de plaque et des seconds éléments de plaque, et comprenant un trou d'arbre, une pluralité de pôles de rotor et une pluralité de parties d'encastrement d'aimant ; une pluralité d'aimants permanents insérés dans la pluralité de parties d'encastrement d'aimant.
