Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a microcapsule comprising at least one active substance selected from lutein and luteinesters embedded in a matrix comprising fish gelatine and optionally one or more other matrix components, wherein the content of said at least one active substance calculated as free lutein is from 0.5 to 25 % of total weight of the microcapsule, and which microcapsule does not comprise any added emulsifier. The invention further relates to a process of preparing the microcapsule as well as uses and products comprising the microcapsule. L'invention concerne une micro-capsule qui comprend au moins une substance active, choisie parmi la lutéine et des esters de lutéine, intégrée dans une matrice comprenant de la gélatine de poisson et éventuellement au moins un autre constituant de matrice, le contenu de ladite ou desdites substances actives, exprimé en lutéine libre, étant de 0,5 à 25 % du poids total de la micro-capsule, et ladite micro-capsule ne comprenant pas d'émulsifiant ajouté. L'invention concerne également un procédé de préparation de la micro-capsule, ainsi que des utilisations et des produits comprenant la micro-capsule.
