Zusammenfassung:	Provided is a multi-gear mode control device for an auger drill power head, comprising a power supply switch (1), a battery (2), a pressure sensor (3), a power head mode conversion switch (4), a controller (5), and a ratio adjustment valve; also disclosed are a control method for the described control device, and an auger drill comprising the described control device. The present invention is such that the output torque and rotational speed of the power head may be varied according to different geological conditions, thereby allowing the auger drill to be adapted to different working conditions; the auger drill is thus better adapted to construction working conditions involving hard earth layers, and satisfies the differing requirements of various geological conditions on power-head torque.
