Zusammenfassung:	Combinations of different chromatography modalities with particularly refined conditions significantly reduce acid charge variants in a preparation of monoclonal antibodies. The process for reducing acid charge variants utilizes a combination of anion exchange and hydrophobic interaction chromatography, followed by cation exchange chromatography polishing, whereby the levels of acidic or basic charge species of the monoclonal antibodies may be modulated to a desired level. La présente invention concerne des combinaisons de différentes modalités de chromatographie avec des conditions particulièrement raffinées qui réduisent considérablement les variants de charge acides dans une préparation d'anticorps monoclonaux. Le procédé de réduction des variants charge acides utilise une combinaison de chromatographie échangeuse d'anions et d'interaction hydrophobe, suivie par une chromatographie échangeuse de cations de polissage, les niveaux d'espèces de charge acide ou basique des anticorps monoclonaux peuvent ainsi être modulés à un niveau souhaité.
