L'invention concerne le composé de 3,3,3-trifluoro-N-((1,4-trans)-4-((3- ((S)-2-méthylmorpholino)-1H-pyrazolo [3,4-d] pyrimidin-6-yl)amino)cyclohexyl)propane-1-sulfonamide représenté par la formule (I) ou un sel de celui-ci, son énantiomère opposé, des compositions comprenant le composé et son utilisation dans le traitement ou la prévention de la leishmaniose, en particulier la leishmaniose viscérale.
