La présente invention concerne un processus permettant la synthèse sélective de dérivés de monoesters de l'acide N-Fmoc-doxorubicine-14-O-dicarboxylique à partir de la N-Fmoc-doxorubicine au moyen d'enzymes lipasiques et de composés donneurs bis-acylés tels que les acides dicarboxyliques ou les anhydrides.
